Modern new apartment with terrace right next to the Center of Torremolinos and walking distance to the beach El Bajondillo

This lovely new apartment is located right next to the Center of Torremolinos and one stairs down to the El Bajondillo beach area.

It’s perfectly suitable for 4 guests, because of it’s two bedrooms. The main bedroom owns a comfortable double bed and gives access to the sunny terrace. The second bedroom has two separate beds which makes the apartment also very comfortable for families with children. In between the two bedrooms you will find the bathroom with shower.

The stylish furnished living room has a sofa area and dining area and gives access to the terrace. The flatscreen TV has international TV channels and you have free use of Wifi internet. By the TV you find the popular Playstation, ideal for great entertainment. In the living room you also can find the Google Home speaker, ideal to give orders and enjoy music.

The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with all the necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including dishwasher, Nespresso Coffeemachine, Induction Hob, Oven, Microwave, Large Fridge, Freezer, and more, all new and ready to be used. In a separate room next to the kitchen you will also find the washingmachine.

The apartment is fully airconditioned and has blinds to darken the rooms to sleep.

The terrace is spacious and sunny, facing the South and gives a lovely partial view over the sea.

The trainstation at walking distance which has a direct connection with the Málaga airport or the center of Málaga.

For those who prefer to rent a car, the apartment owns a private parking garage spot which you can use for free during your stay.

The location is perfect, close to the center of Torremolinos and Pueblo Blanco with it’s lovely Spanish style streets with the tipical white houses and orange trees. With one stairs down you are at the beach area of Torremolinos with it’s lovely shops and many restaurants and bars.

Torremolinos is very famous as the perfect holiday location on the Costa del Sol because of it’s diversity. Torremolinos has a large beach line that goes all the way from Málaga to Benalmádena with a beautiful promenade to enjoy shopping, sunbathing, delicious food, terraces, restaurants. With over more than 300 days of sunshine during the year it is a very popular place to spend the holidays or to enjoy the sunny, mild winter months. Malaga airport at only 7 kms away and trains and busses go to all main locations.

It is possible to check-in between 14.00-24.00h. Before 14.00h check-in is only possible on request and if there are no guest leaving the same day.
For arrivals on Sundays, bank holidays and arrivals between 20.00-22.00h we charge a check-in fee of €25,-For check-in after 22.00h, we charge an extra late check-in fee of €45,-

Check out times:
Check-out time is between 09.00-10.00h in the morning. If you have a late departure and would like to stay longer that day in the property, please inform us. If it is possible, we will confirm your later check-out time. For this late check-out an extra fee of €25,- applies.
