The big terrace has stunning sea views over the beach area of Los Álamos. On the front South side of the terrace you can enjoy the sun all day. On the other side of the penthouse you will find a second terrace with nice mountain views, ideal to catch the evening sun.

The living is fully furnished and decorated.  You will find a comfortable dining and seating area. From the living you can access the South faced terrace and enjoy the sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven/microwave combo, water boiler, fridge/freezer combination, small dining table and all utilities needed. From the kitchen you have access to the front terrace.

The first bedroom has a double bed with build in closets and gives direct access to the front terrace. The second bedroom has two singe beds, build in closets and also gives directly access to the front terrace.

The penthouse has two bathrooms, both modern and full comfort. One bathroom has a lavatory, bath tub with shower, toilet and bidet. The other bathroom is equipped with a shower, lavatory and toilet.

The whole property is air-conditioned and heated with a central system. Also, it has one free parking place for a car. The building has a community swimming pool, ideal for the sunny summer days. The swimming pool is surrounded by an exotic garden and palm trees.

It is located in a calm neighbourhood with beautiful flora and fauna. The penthouse is only 500 meters from the beautiful beach area of Los Álamos where you find many chiringuitos (beach restaurants), bars, shops and playgrounds for the children. From the property it is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest train and bus stop. It’s very easy to go and visit other places by public transport, like Torremolinos center, Málaga center and the airport of Málaga (6 km).

Torremolinos is well-known as the perfect sun holiday location on the Costa del Sol because of its diversity.  It has a large beach line that goes all the way from Málaga to Benalmádena with a beautiful promenade to enjoy shopping, sunbathing, delicious food, terraces, restaurants. With over more than 300 days of sunshine during the year it is a very popular place to spend the holidays at all times of the year.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that the pool will be open on your preferred days as it is not in our hands. The opening of the pool are every year different and depends among others, the community of owners and the weather conditions.

It is possible to check-in between 14.00-24.00h. Before 14.00h check-in is only possible on request and if there are no guest leaving the same day.

For arrivals on Sundays, bank holidays and arrivals between 20.00-22.00h we charge a check-in fee of €25,-

For check-in after 22.00h, we charge an extra late check-in fee of €45,-

Check out times:
Check-out time is between 09.00-10.00h in the morning. If you have a late departure and would like to stay longer that day in the property, please inform us. If it is possible, we will confirm your later check-out time. For this late check-out an extra fee of €25,- applies.
