Fantastic sea front bungalow on the rocks above the beach of Torremolinos. Quiet area with amazing sea views from the bungalow and its terrace. It’s located within a private urbanisation with stunning vegetation, tropical plants and flowers.

An amazing bungalow with overall sea views. The living is cosy and comfortable, airconditioned with open kitchen and possibility to use the sofabed. The bedroom has a comfortable double size bed for two, airconditioned and with blinds to darken the room at night. Both the livingroom and the bedroom give access to the spacious South facing terrace with view over the sea. The open kitchen is well equiped with a Nescafé coffeemachine, (small) dishwasher, freezer/fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and hob.

The bungalow lies within the gated community La Roca. La Roca separates the two beaches of Torremolinos. It’s location is perfect, above the beach, only 5 minutes walk from the center of Torremolinos and Pueblo Blanco with it’s lovely Spanish style streets with the tipical white houses and orange trees. You can find shops and restaurants along the whole coast line on the beach and in the center of Torremolinos. For delicious food and drinks you can go to the famous restaurant El Gato Lounge right below the bungalow at the beach. The beach is accesible by private elevator or stairway. Free parking within the urbanisation included.

Torremolinos is very famous as the perfect holiday location on the Costa del Sol because of it’s diversity. Torremolinos has a large beach line that goes all the way from Málaga to Benalmádena with a beautiful promenade to enjoy shopping, sunbathing, delicious food, terraces, restaurants. With over more than 300 days of sunshine during the year it is a very popular place to spend the holidays or to enjoy the sunny, mild winter months. Malaga airport at only 7 kms away and trains and busses to all main locations.

It is possible to check-in between 14.00-24.00h. Before 14.00h check-in is only possible on request and if there are no guest leaving the same day.

For arrivals on Sundays, bank holidays and arrivals between 20.00-22.00h we charge a check-in fee of €25,-

For check-in after 22.00h, we charge an extra late check-in fee of €45,-

Check out times:
Check-out time is between 09.00-10.00h in the morning. If you have a late departure and would like to stay longer that day in the property, please inform us. If it is possible, we will confirm your later check-out time. For this late check-out an extra fee of €25,- applies.
