The apartment provides airconditioning, heating, wifi internet and internet/smart TV for Netflix users and for streaming your own applicable channels.

Things to do in Benalmádena
First thing you need to do when visiting Benalmádena practice to pronounce its name ;).. Benalmádena is a lovely idyllic village with many things to do. It is divided in two areas, Benalmádena pueblo and Benalmádena costa. In both areas you will find many bars, restaurants, Dolphin park, Sealife underworld park, Butterflypark, Gondol to go up the mountain and enjoy bird shows and amazing views, Dolphin trips by boat, beautiful park La Paloma with animals and playgrounds for the kids.. There is enough for everyone.
The beachline of Benalmádena is connected with La Carihuela in Torremolinos which is famous for the typical Spanish fish restaurants (the chiringuitos).
Benalmadena Puerto Marina rates amongst the best in the world, proof of which is the fact that it is several times winner of the ‘Best Marina in the World’ award. With 1,100 moorings for boats of all nationalities and up to 6 meters long.
In the harbor area there are many many restaurants, bars, shops and thing to do for everyone. You can go on a boat trip straight from the harbor to spot dolphins or visit the famous Sealife Benalmádena, where children can learn about the underwater animals

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that the pool will be open on your preferred days as it is not in our hands. The opening of the pool are every year different and depends among others, the community of owners and the weather conditions.

Our accommodations comply with the sanitary measures against COVID-19 as required by the government of Spain
It is possible to check-in between 14.00-24.00h. Before 14.00h check-in is only possible on request and if there are no guest leaving the same day.
For arrivals on Sundays, bank holidays and arrivals between 20.00-22.00h we charge a check-in fee of €25,-
For check-in after 22.00h, we charge an extra late check-in fee of €45,-
Check out times:
Check-out time is between 09.00-10.00h in the morning. If you have a late departure and would like to stay longer that day in the property, please inform us. If it is possible, we will confirm your later check-out time. For this late check-out an extra fee of €25,- applies.
