Its located within a private urbanisation with stunning vegetation, tropical plants and flowers. The private urbanisation has a private (community) lift that brings you directly to the beach! The Torremolinos center is just only 5 min. by foot. Without a doubt this unique bungalow has everything for a great boost of energy!

The cozy Spanish styled living room has a 2- sits sofa, dining table, airconditioning, TV and gives directly access to the terrace. The living is well decorated to make you feel at home.

Close to the living you find the open bedroom for two. It has two good single beds put together, spacious build-in closets, beautiful Spanish decoration, fan and dim curtains. Wake up with sea views and sunrises. From the bedroom you can directly enter the terrace.

The second room is a study room. It’s has a desk with a chair, books. The perfect place to study, pull back, read a book or just relax!

The kitchen is well equipped with a blender, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, table wear etc. Everything you need to prepare a nice meal.

In the bathroom you can find the shower, lavatory, toilet and washing machine.

One of unique things of this property is the spacious private 20 m2 sun terrace with beautiful vegetation. Relax and enjoy the sun and view from the comfortable lounge beds. From the terrace, you have an overall beach and sea view. Watch the incredible sunrise while enjoying your breakfast.

The bungalow lies within the gated community La Roca. La Roca separates the two beaches of Torremolinos. The location is perfect, It’s close to Pueblo Blanco with its lovely Spanish style streets with the typical white houses and orange trees. You can find shops and restaurants along the whole coast line on the beach and in the center of Torremolinos. For delicious food and drinks you can go to the famous restaurant El Gato Lounge right below the bungalow at the beach. The beach is accesible by private elevator or stairway. Free parking within the urbanisation included.

Torremolinos is very famous as the perfect holiday location on the Costa del Sol because of its diversity. Torremolinos has a large beach line that goes all the way from Málaga to Benalmádena with a beautiful promenade to enjoy shopping, sunbathing, delicious food, terraces, restaurants. With over more than 300 days of sunshine during the year it is a very popular place to spend the holidays or to enjoy the sunny, mild winter months. Malaga airport at only 7 km away and trains and buses to all main locations.

It is possible to check-in between 14.00-24.00h. Before 14.00h check-in is only possible on request and if there are no guest leaving the same day.

For arrivals on Sundays, bank holidays and arrivals between 20.00-22.00h we charge a check-in fee of €25,-

For check-in after 22.00h, we charge an extra late check-in fee of €45,-

Check out times:
Check-out time is between 09.00-10.00h in the morning. If you have a late departure and would like to stay longer that day in the property, please inform us. If it is possible, we will confirm your later check-out time. For this late check-out an extra fee of €25,- applies.
